Core Charge Process

There is a refundable core charge added to each engine at checkout. The core charge is fully refunded once received in-tact. Core returns are free when picked up from the original business address your engine was shipped to. 

Please follow these important steps:

Email info@coloradoengine.com with your full name, order number, and pickup address.

We’ll send you a Bill of Lading to your email.

Verify the information is correct on the Bill of Lading, sign it, and place it on the engine core ready for pick up.

Just like that, your pick up will be scheduled! Once your core is received expect to see a refund to your original payment for your core charge within 5-10 business days.

Please contact us if your core was picked up and you have not received your refund.
